Here is a wonderful DVD movie that was done as part of the Lux Video Theater. It was done on live tv in the 50's. So what you see is sort of like a very good dress rehersal. Connie is a widow raising her son Timmy by herself. Steve is a dept. store salesman that she accidentally gets fired at Christmas time. He is attracted to her and keeps helping her out just to be near her. She is also attracted to him but just thinks he is being nice. Besides she is dating Carl a well to do lawyer. Carl trys to be nice but is not very happy with Steve around. Timmy likes both but prefers Steve over Carl. Connie is proposed to by both.
