Review of S.O.L.A.D.: It's Just the Beginning: Book II of the Angelo & Angeline Chronicles by Tyrone Tony Reed Jr.

The second book in the S.O.L.A.D. The Angelo and Angeline Chronicles starts off with a bang! While the first book ended with our heroes defeating the Demon Master and his minions and Kevin and Juanita, also known as Angelo and Angeline, going back to their own world, this starts with Jeff and Wiseman J following them. They arrive just in time as it shows the Demon Master and his followers weren’t defeated. They just went to this world and now Kevin and Juanita have to once more battle him as the heroes Angelo and Angeline. With Jeff and Wiseman J now able to lend a helping hand the odds are in their favor. However, the evil forces seem even stronger on this world. They have to fight even harder to save their hometown of Memphis, Tenn. Can they finally defeat the Demon Master once and for all? This book had a few twists in it, some action, some humor, and I believe it would make a good super hero movie. I've not read a book by this author before but I will be sure to again. Review: A Very, Very Pasta Family Halloween

I like the book a lot. A good book and a funny read with a musical number along the way. I like how it broke the 4th wall when she was asked how can you do a musical number since we're in a book? I did something like that in my book Last Train to Murder in the last chapter. I also liked how the little ghost kept his faith in God when he saw the girl full of joy and knew that there was still hope. In other words God showed him a way out. I also liked how it briefly showed some Marvel Halloween costumes. Of course the names were changed. The funniest name I thought was Webs McFadden which was really Spider-man. I laughed out loud at that one.
 As always Michael Ciccolini's sense of humor shines through in the latest Pasta Family adventure. Join Annaleenie and Lynn Gweenie and others on their adventure with the ghost, Sookrose and others. You won't be disappointed. Another great Past Family book.
